Abstract

73
Notes used to explain a text are a necessary tool so that the text written by the classical poet could be understood by a modern reader. One of the texts more complicated to edit is the Buscón, due to its linguistic richness, the amount of editions and the thought of Quevedo, that produces editions with almost 1000 notes. Professor Victoriano Roncero analyses the most important editions to observe the evolution in this work. It is concluded that annotation is a work in which the critic should use the achievements reached by other colleagues and the author gives a great amount of texts and explanations.
