Experimental Study on Action’s Mechanism of 2-(2,6 Dichlorphenylamine) 2 Imidazoline Hydrochloride





Interaction between nor-apinephrine and ST-155 is studied at molecular level on isolated deferens vas of rat; ST-155 acts as partial agonist like on the alfa receptors. His intrinsec activity is 0.37 + 0.09 and pD2 4.52 ± 0.45 equivalent to a KA médium 29.88 X 10-6 M.
