Abstract

21 patients are divided in two groups: 13 Blue Bloaters (B.B.) and 8 Pink Puffer (P.P.), and are studied spirometric and gasometric dates, volemia and angiotensinealdosterone function in both groups. There is not correlation between both groups in spirometria and volemia. The B.B. are more hypoxemic and hypercapnic than P.P. There are not stadistical significative difference between P.P. and B.B., respect aldosteronuria and angiotensine activity.
