Abstract

Dipyridamol (IO-3, IO-4 M) inhibits oxygen uptake by rat brain homogenates; at a 2X 10"5 M concentration, it increases oxygen consumption by rat diaphragm during 45 minutes. It has none action on the liver (slices and homogenates) in this experimental situation.
