Abstract

"Quantitative Methods for the Economy and the Company" was a class traditionally taught through conventional lectures leading to a feared final exam as the sole form of evaluation. In order to make that methodology more attuned to the European Higher Edu cation Area, we have decided to incorporate a more practical approach to promote student-centred learning as well as a new system of lifelong evaluation. This paper presents the analysis of students’ opinion about the new methodology and training materials.
