Abstract

Chromatographic separation of proteins by DBAE-cellulose in a number of normal sera has been performed. Tested theLAP activity in the different fractions, it has been localized in only one pick, placed in the región of the post-albumin and alpha globulins ; it shows the presence of an unic active mo lecular form of leucine aminopeptidase in normal sera.

On the other hand, it has been observed a LAP activity distribution in two and even three picks in different pathological sera.
